Pilates Classes today

Here is a picture of our classroom today. 4 hours of training on Arthritis Management and then Hip Issues (pre and post surgery) 2 hours for each subject. This allows me to recertify as a pilates instructor for another 2 years. My sweetie sent me off this morning with his famous banana pancakes. It was a successful day and I am now curled up at home with a bottle of wine and my sweetie. Ahhhhhhh....rewards
