Millheim's own brewery & bistro, the Elk Creek Cafe; where they offer delightful locally-sourced food, craft-brewed ales, live music and local art. 
This is one of my favorite places to dine and even simply to drive past on a lively Saturday night. I enjoy seeing a full house of happy diners and I love the way the golden interior lighting sort of spills out invitingly onto the sidewalk outside.
It truly does remind me of the bar in the tv show, Cheers, as you are always sure to find a genial group of friends and neighbors there enjoying each other's company.
