Mothers Day Cake

After a very busy (and slightly sad*) morning, I whipped this cake up for a lovely family meal. I hope it was enjoyed! :D

*My most recent fish (Catfish Everclean) died. We have been worried about it for a few weeks and apparently it wasn't ok. Jonathan, Susan and company all seem fine however so...
