Grainy..
ISO was 6400, a hand held 10 second exposure using the bathroom window frame as a tripod! I had been out earlier last evening, and got some better shots using the tripod, but that was yesterday. This was just a final look out the window before bed.
I've seen better auroras, this was just a green glow in the NW sky, but fairly bright. No curtains or swirling patterns here..
Spent the morning correlating info for the building work, think we have plans sorted now! But I'm not holding my breath!
Fixed the doors in the old polytunnel, needed a bit of tightening up, and WD 40 to ease them back into life. Potted up some seedlings, 4 trays of Kohl Rabi, this morning and moved them to the greenhouse.
Did some more on the new tunnel door frames for a couple of hours this afternoon. Have a lintel fixed, and the two door posts, and a side rail. Just need to fix a bottom rail and concrete the posts in now, and one end will be finished. Just the same to do at the far end.
A trip back to Inverness tomorrow to drop G at the airport again. She's only going for 6 days this time..
