Under Louie

After a bath - there's a lot of shaking to be done to get himself dry again... robins love to bathe and Louie is no exception - even in the cold air!  But as you can see, he has some fantastic black insulation feathers underneath all the white that keep him warm when it's very cold and also dries him off fast too!

If I disappear tomorrow for a week, it's because there's no internet at the place we're staying tomorrow in South Cornwall - but when we were leaving last time, a year ago, internet was being installed and even though it doesn't say anything on the website, I'm hoping the installation was successful!
