New Zealand Post has reduced deliveries in most urban areas to three days a week but out in the country we still get mail and the newspaper delivered every day except Sunday. Our rural mail contractor delivers mail to over 400 boxes - she gets to mine in the middle of the afternoon and finishes the round by 6 p.m.
