One tired Will

He hasn't been in bed particularly early the last couple of nights, not necessarily his fault, but when he fell back to sleep this morning when he came for his morning 'nuggle, I knew he was tired. So tonight lights out was at 18.20 and we didn't hear a peep after that.

Drop in was really busy, lots of very new babies. Then while Will had his tennis lesson Carys and I went for a run round Butts Close. When we got back to the tennis centre I watched her stretch. It was as a good use of time and also good for C as we realised that since stopping swimming lessons, she does have any regular cardiovascular exercise.
