Goodbye

We bought this cooker when we first came to our present house about 17 years ago. It's being playing up for a while - an intermittently faulty thermostat meant it stayed on full blast long after reaching the required temperature. But then it became permanently faulty so after struggling with top oven and the grill we decided it was time to say goodbye. So here it is waiting for men to bring a new one and take this away. After a bit of a struggle (mechanical rather than electrical problems) connecting the new one I was able to switch it on just in time for tea. I'm promising myself I will keep the new one clean and pristine but . . . . . .
