Turkish delights

My lovely daughter gave me this fabulous new cookbook for Mother's Day. She saw it and thought I would love it! She knows her mum so well. I can't wait to try out some of the recipes,especially ones that we've eaten in Turkey, just to see if I can.recreate the taste!
