It would have been wise of me to understand that this little note in my postbox was not some "spam", but a really crucial message: entrance code in the house. Because I could not get in tonight. Luckily one neighbour said that the code was changed, and as I entered I scraped this little note out of my postbox, where it was almost invisible.
