Kitchin

Tonight we ate at The Kitchin on the shore. For starter I had bone marrow and snails; main was lamb neck, liver, kidney, and sweetbreads; pudding was a lemon tart, macaroon, and crème fraîche sorbet. All delicious of course!

That's now 3 Michelin starred restaurants we've eaten at in Edinburgh. :D
