Happy Birthday

It was the lovely dog sitter's birthday this week so rather than navigate a tricky restaurant menu I invited her over for lunch with the woofer and I.

This meant vegan lunch menu #2. All in all it was a big hit, especially the dairy free birthday cake. This is only the third thing I have ever baked (successfully)  and I am pretty pleased with the final result.
