Monastery House

When do you suppose this place was built? If you said 1711, you'd be wrong. 1711 is actually the house number. It was originally part of the Tudor Guild Hall, which stands next to the Parish Church, and was owned by Westminster Abbey. Maybe that is why it is called 'Monastery House'. Today it is sub-divided into various offices and treatment rooms.
