Ju-jitsu and Kobudo...

Today, Emma and I had our Kata level 6 grading, involving weapons work and THIS wrist locking kata. (At the end there is a roll and we both stand up to bow, but the video doesnt show that because we didn't want to roll on the floor :')

It went well and we both passed with honours. You know you've had a good grading when the head grading officer say: 'Yes, good, I'm happy with that!'

I also had a Kobudo grading doing Tanbo at level 1. I also passed that with honours and will be moved onto Bo level 2 when I go to my Kobudo class next saturday :)
