Footering

a fine Scottish word,  with a similar meaning to fartknarkling ..... 

I had thought of photographing the left over valve cap from Gill's bike after I replaced a tube over the weekend - but it didn't turn out quite as I expected - see extra.

So - this is my porridge stirrer, or spurtle.  Photographed on a lightbox with some tone curve faffing about in Lightroom.
