Last years bulb has flowered again, but only the one flower spike. Came downstairs in the morning to the freezer having packed up and blackberry and apple oozing out of the door across the floor. I hope that that is the third thing now to go wrong, after the computer, then the boiler last week.
After a bit of a cry I ordered a new one. Then on to cook for parents a veggie lunch of things that had started to defrost.
Rosie wrote me a lovely card that also made me cry, and there were flowers and chocolates.
