LOST nearly 9:0lbs
AIM: Under 14 stone by May.
(14:2 by March holiday)

WOOHOO....but I was ill the night before so if I'm honest it is a bit false. However it was a boost to see it. Hopefully I can maintain it for next week before my weekend away that is going to consist of eating and drinking and eating some more. Think I'd given myself a hard target to loose 4lbs in 2 weeks. But I WILL do under 14 stone by May.

Did 14,000 steps on Wednesday!!!
