Team Spider

Some interesting discussions at work recently. Today about how to integrate some of the 'head office' functions across the organisation, or even to start to understand how we work together and communicate among the wider team I am currently lodged in, totalling about 50 people doing often very similar work for similar objectives. I find it useful being able to wear the hat of someone based overseas as I have been at various times and I think some people find those perspectives useful. Today much spider diagram drawing and mulling with some useful actions for how to move ahead with certain ideas.
