Seeing the Invisible

When I saw the scrap of fibre on the fennel seed head I thought it would make an unusual droplet shot. It was only when I blew the shot up on my computer screen that I saw the fine tracery of web in the loop. The spider must have been extremely small. The fibre itself was so fine that it disappeared when dry.
