This is massive and the plant weed stands taller than me its under the bridge on the way to the station.

Today my brother went to Kings College Hospital for his operation on Tuesday to have his primary (but tiny) bowel cancer removed, his gall-bladder and his appendix out plus a few lymph nodes in that area just to be safe - they'll also remove two tumours (cherry tomato sized) from his liver.

Update 14.07 (I'm backblipping) he's back home with the operation having gone well and he goes back in around 8 weeks for the other liver lobe to be operated on.
