it rained in the night

This is what the road outside our house looked like in the early morning light. Water everywhere and each time a car drove through it we had waves lapping up the drive. By lunchtime though it had gone down a lot and we could just see the white line up the centre of the road. It's at times like this we're pleased to walk up steps to the house!
So an inside day - I've been preparing and freezing vegetables that we bought yesterday and this afternoon working on another photobook.
