Lovely Wednesday

I'm exhausted, the lack of sleep has caught up on me, it's a year now since I last had six hours in broken sleep and that was only because I had been anesthetised.
Not a great day for me today either, just better than Monday and Tuesday were.
It was nice to come home this evening and sit out in the sun with a cuppa, even it only lasted 20 minutes.
