A Splash of Colour

I was hoping to get a shot of my daughter competing in the inter schools' cross country today but nothing worth showing - except her clear enjoyment of the post run burger!

So I've opted for this - looking across Morecambe Bay (towards Morecambe from Bardsea). My daughter added some valuable colour (as did the sunflowers which were tied to the bench).
