My friend Musrrat always treats me to a taste of her fabulous food*
This time I'm sending one of my fav veg recipes back to her.

It seems that a lot of folk only concentrate on the meat/main courses, I know there are lots of wonderful vegetable dishes too.
Any refs to good books always welcome :-)




I made another trip over to Refugee Aid 786 to deliver donations from the fab people of Pocklington today. My co-driver this time was Pam, a good friend of mine from our local Oxfam shop ... We both volunteer there.
