Happy Birthday Dad

13th July is Dad's birthday and always one filled with many thoughts. Still need to get used to seeing Happy Birthday Dad cards and not spending ages choosing the funny ones. Miss him so much even after 3 years.

Tonight we went out for dinner with friends I met at college on our 2 year photography course. They are a fantastic couple and love spending time with them. We went for a curry in a new restaurant that we haven't been to before in Bracknell and it was just a wonderful evening. Todays blip is of my friend posing with her bombay potatoes!

On further news - we adopted a cat tonight! We picked up Toby the cat that I mentioned on yesterdays blip. He is going to take a bit of getting used to in the house and our lovely two cats, but it is nice to give him a loving home. Will blip some great portraits of all the kitties soon.
