Godwit...

Another stunning day so I took myself off this morning to the RSPB Window on Wildlife in Belfast.  Its by the side of Belfast lough and there are many birds to see.  When I arrived there were about 200 of these Godwits just in front of us - a wonderful sight.  Ten minutes later and they were gone!  Met some fellow wildlife enthusiasts too!

I haven't been on blip for a couple of weeks!  Have had good days and bad days but thankfully last Thursday  I got through my interview and am definitely heading to Zambia in May.  I suppose a transition from anywhere is difficult, but I am very happy to have the opportunity to go back to Africa - a land close to my heart!
