Day 070/16. Dubai is never finished.

I have been coming to Dubai for a lot of years now, and there is always construction every direction you look. I have no idea what this building will be, the manned cranes on the top give you the scale, it's huge.
Several years ago there was a noticeable slow down in the new projects out here, this year it seems to be full steam ahead in building more stuff. Huge cost supported by a huge economy plus impressive, brave architecture.
