Music in the Park

Today I met my friend and her daughter at a local park for the first of the Oregon Coast Music Festival events that go on from today until the 28th. This was the Bay Area Concert Band. They were great! M & A got there and had a blanket out and had brought me lunch! Yummy greek pita sandwiches! I am shooting the daughters wedding the end of August so there was much talk about that! There is just something about sitting on a blanket with a nice picnic lunch listening to music :)

It was cloudy and cool this morning but the clouds opened up around noon and the sun was shining. There was a bit of a breeze that kept it cool. I still got a tad burnt on my shoulders and legs. Boo. It's not too bad so hopefully it will feel better tomorrow. Makes me feel hot right now.

Worked for most of the afternoon

Had an "Ah Ha" moment about our son. Once I did I spent about 3 or 4 hours on the internet researching. I may as well have been reading his bio over and over. Oh how I wish I would have discovered this when he was a toddler! But, now we know and will do whats best to guide him.

I am now having a glass of wine and a piece of mushroom and tomato pizza.
We are about to start an episode of Game of Thrones so I will bid goodbye!
