EU Sequana plan

In Gallo-Roman religion, Sequana was the goddess of the Seine river.  Now the plan entitled EU Sequana is the emergency plan preparation for the predicted (but they don't know when) centennial flooding of the Seine. An explanatory exhibit in one of the metro station, to alert and familiarize the population of the issue.
Called EU - for Europe - because now the financing of such a project also requires European commission approval!
The exhibit included photos and explanation of the New York City flooding of 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy... a sort of "lessons learned"...
