Sharp and Soft

Worked from home today, punctuated by a couple of people visiting to measure up for some improvements.

I'd been so engrossed with things that I only realised I hadn't lifted the camera during the late afternoon.  Quickly grabbed the macro lens with the camera (plus tripod, of course) and headed into the garden.  It was lovely to see new growth starting to burgeon from the plants but in the end I went for a photograph of a humbly holly leaf.  The bush was planted in the spot where we buried one of our cats few years ago and has grown well since then.  I bet you can guess the cat's name!
