Worktop Woe

All was going swimmingly until I got a phone call saying "there's a dint in your worktop" ... so I hot footed it home to survey the problem.

A quick email to customer services including a photo - new worktop coming on Tues/Wed.

No quibbling, just a "Many apologies we'll get a replacement with you as soon as possible"
That's the kind of customer service I like.
