Today it was officially confirmed by a new tenant that she will be taking over my room from May to July 2016. Saving me 900GBP in total of cost. It is just a matter of finalising the contract. I had a couple more interested parties but this new tenant confirmed her interest in taking the room even only from the photos i posted and a few more sent to her private email account. Her representative is going to view the room / house for confirmation this Saturday and me and my housemate will be Skyping with her on Sunday to discuss the terms of the rent. It is also a way of getting to know her a little bit before she actually arrives at the end of April.

I also met up with Desiree for a quick 20-minute coffee break this afternoon. Everything is well and busy for the both of us. She is leaving for the US at the end of the month. I wish i could visit the US as well. Someday, someday.

I am quite happy with how all things are coming together. There is only one thing in my way, my viva.
