A not so happy birthday

Poor Noo is very poorly.......on his birthday! He has laid on the sofa all day, in and out of sleep. He perked up a little this evening, and opened his cards and presents, but rapidly went downhill again. We will have to get the Dr to see him tomorrow. I'm thinking he could have scarlet fever.
