Macarons!

Spent some time round Jules & Tom's. It's been ages due to various illnesses and escapes to parentals so was lovely to catch up. They ducked out to look at a car and I babysat the 2 babies....how hard could it be? Not overly, but I'd have been delighted if one of them would have slept, but that would have been far too easy. Both stayed awake, took it in turns to cry n then be cheery. Standard baby behaviour....but I was glad this was a couple of hours and not a permanent set up.

Came home and baked macarons in readiness for a weekend with the Wells clan. I sacked off the fiddly thermometer-tastic recipe from the course and found a much easier one online!
