Three

Took A to the dentist today. His adult teeth are coming through and pushing his molars into his mouth, making chewing and brushing painful.
The dentist took a quick look, and a couple of minutes later A had three teeth to take home in a bag!  It's a bit sore where the exposed gums are, but the adult teeth will be through in no time.
