Wine Prone Cowboy

Had a delightful time this evening with my good friends Stoif and Ruth, drinking a delightful mocha at Cafe Blend, stuffing most of a chicken in my mouth at Nando's, then sharing this bottle and having a proper good chinwag.

It was only after a 2+ hour bout of palpitations that I read online that people suffering from them can find they are exacerbated by caffeine and booze.
