Pork with Pepper

Easy does it.

1. Marinade pork/meat in oyster sauce, soy sauce, ground black pepper. Set aside.
2. On a skillet, heat oil and add chopped  garlic and onion.
3. Add chopped peppers and a little teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. On the same skillet (add more oil if desired), fry the marinated meat until cooked.
5. Add back the cooked peppers.
6. Best served with freshly cooked rice.
