Buds

Went to Tesco today to get stuff for tomorrow.  After putting the shopping away I went I to the garden and topped up all the bird feeders and generally looked at the plants.  I was surprised to see these buds on the  California Lilac.  Managed to get some  more cutting out and sewing done.
A pleasant day warm but not overly sunny
