Gone...but not forgotten!
Headed down to the front of the Ferry this afternoon to pick up the car after another service and came across this lonely chap. Unsuspectingly dropped, I assume, by a toddler who will be missing him/her greatly and hopefully they will be re-united once again soon.
We often take things/people for granted and its not until they are gone that we often fully realise how important and or special they have become over the time that we have (had it or) known them.
A friend of mine passed away yesterday in a tragic skiing accident - mid twenties - and loving every minute of the time he spent in the mountains as a Ski instructor.
He will be missed by a great many folk - the reflections on social media today have been a testament to that - None more so than his immediate family and his beloved Amy.
I hope that sometime soon the" favourite toy" that I have photographed today will be found by its owner...and I hope one day in the future to meet up once again with Aaron.
Rest in Peace my friend.
