Long Shadows and High Places

.... with an old friend on a beautiful day. Can't quite believe that Helen and I have rediscovered each other, only in the last 2 years really, even though we have lived in adjacent valleys for well over 30 years! Unusually I am publishing a "yoga on the summit" as an extra. Those grins did not last the whole of the descent down the other side of the mountain, the snow was either heavy or crusty, requiring some strong verbalisation at times......
