ORCHID

Neil left for work early this morning.  He was working in Dunston today and as I needed a bit of shopping I decided to go to the Aldi in Dunston and pop in to see Neil as well.  Won't see him in a while as he is away next week at Cheltenham and then he has a bunch of long shifts at work.

It was a lovely sunny day today but still a bit on the chilly side.

Some good news on the football front.  Today Newcastle United sacked their Head Coach Steve McClaren  and appointed Rafa Benitez as Manager.  Hopefully he can stop the rot and keep the team in the Premiership.   Fingers crossed. 

For Flower Friday I have blipped the Orchid which Neil bought me for Mother's Day.
