.......of Paracetemol and Ibuprofen is keeping at least one pharmaceutical company in business. Although my pain is nothing compared to that of Hebs it is constantly there...........it makes me walk in a strange way......and my good leg repeatedly swells up........I really must see the doctor.

This is not a good week..........the more things I get sorted and tucked away the more I am reminded that Helen is gone........but the things not yet sorted dictate my day, waiting for the post to be delivered..........so I can't yet move on. A friend told me that this feeling is common........there's so much to do there are constant reminders.......and while you're waiting your remembering............a vicious circle.

There will be many more reminders throughout the year, no doubt.
