The Black Boy pub in Leicester
Built in 1923 closed in 2012
Leicester Council gave permission for a plan to keep the facade but use the building for student accommodation.
Now the developer now wants pemision to demolish the entire pub to create a block for 76 students.
Thre is now a campaign against the demolition....won`t hold my breath though, not with Leicester Councils track record
