MacDonald Sirloin

Only in Roy Bridge would you wander into your kitchen and find a farmer standing with a piece of sirloin the size of you (queue 8oz steak jokes).

This is only a fraction of the steak we received as a thank you for my mum's vet skills. The farmer kindly butchered it for us in our kitchen, which was fine, until we realised we had no room for it all! Needless to say we will be eating sirloin for the foreseeable future (not that I'm complaining!!)
