One more cup of coffee

I like Friday's.
We always have lunch with Janine on a Friday.
Today we went to Fraserburgh where I had a black pudding and crispy bacon roll with coffee.
Black pudding is the new superfood you know. Really.

Janine was a bit anxious today, as Arya was going off to her first Brownies ' camp tonight. She had to drop her over in Fyvie at 1900 hrs. Arya was fair excited.

It's the first time she has been away from home without another family member.
