We're Off!

Actually we are ready for the off. We have a ferry to France tomorrow mid-day, so it was either an early start tomorrow, and the fear of accidents making us miss our slot, or wander down towards Portsmouth today and travel the rest after tomorrow morning's rush hour is over.

See the bikes. Don't we look sporting. Fear not as they are not ours. We are meeting son in law and daughter and these are their bikes. They intend some bike rides and we hope to see the penultimate stage of the Tour de France next Saturday. It's a time trial and hopefully we'll get to the start where there's much more chance of seeing the riders.
