Raising The Roof

Trip to Bradford this morning - to visit a book shop - housed in the Old Wool Exchange - this being the roof

Rant alert!

Felt rather paned when attempting to pay for my chosen book - had been charged £18.99 - it was marked up at £7.99 - they refused to let me buy it for the cheaper price - so didn't.

On leaving the store spotted another book I fancied in the half price basket - decided to buy it - was charged full price - luckily didn't have to raise the roof to get the reduction

Though must say it's the first time out of many I've had a bad experience in this shop - but will now be not as eager to go back
