Usha and the puncture repair kit

Been out cycling with our "softies" group this morning. Lots of photos to choose between, but this one seemed to capture best the spirit of the occasion. We had stopped for coffee at The Court Cupboard Gallery. Nice place, where the coffee bar is staffed in turn by the various artists who work there. Today it was a basket-maker. She seemed to think we shouldn't have cake with our coffee as it would turn us into hyperglycaemic yibbering wrecks half an hour's cycling later. Ha! We are softies who get off and push up hills. We had cake.

Usha was wearing something that looked like a gun sling. She opened a pocket and pulled something out. I thought it was going to be a camera. But no - it was her puncture repair kit! Which I'm glad to say none of us needed.

The sun didn't grace us with its presence, but at least it didn't rain.

Eggy is bigger-headed than ever after all the compliments he got for yesterday's blip, especially as he got more stars than any of my previous blips. Thank you!
