Spring squill

Shetland day 8
Very difficult to choose a pic for today - so went for something different!
It was misty again as we started to walk north from Eshaness lighthouse but it gradually thinned to give views of impressive cliffs, sea stacks and arches (1 view can be seen here courtesy of RTpics). However, as I blipped sea stacks yesterday I decided on something different. We visited a broch, an island with a causeway and some interesting geological sites, anad all along the cliffs were squillions of squill so that is what I decided on. It actually got quite warm for a while and I was walking in t-shirt!
Before a late meal in the cafe we went to the remains of a fishing station and afterwards to the museum of local life and in the evening I had a wander to a very peaceful bay.
