The end of a busy week, work flat out and something on every night.  

Alex and Sam came to stay last night - so nice to have them here.  

Dinner and games - banana crossword and 500, out to Ashcrofts for breakfast (was good) and then a stroll round the growers market and back to work this afternoon when they left to go back to Newcastle.  

They're doing ok I think.
